if i have a 4agze, and i do a pulley upgrade, do i need to worry about internals breaking from increased boost? Do i need to get new injectors? Do i need anything else?

Depends on the boost increase. I am pretty sure stock internals will hold up to anything the sc12 can put out. I believe the highest I have ever seen for an sc12 is 14psi and the gze should be good for that. I would check the oil levels in the S/C before upping the boost levels. You will get major wear on the supercharger running it fast than production settings.

thank you, that basically answered everything i needed to know. how much power do you think an sc12 at 14psi makes? over 165?

Make sure you recondition the bearings and lube them. A good cleaning on the blower can sure
go a long way.
Do you have the 4AGZE from
AW11 (1st gen motor) or the AE92 (2nd gen motor)? The 165HP was credit from the 2nd gen on the
AE92 in Japan when it was new. But I don't know if its from the crank or on wheels.
You will only get ballpark range depends condition of engine, components, Car layout that
it will be installed in (FR,MR,FF) cars,etc. _________________ (;`・w・)o━ヽ____フ)) |

It depends on what your talking about like above AZn said above. If we are talking about wheel hp then it is tougher to get that number. crank power I would say yes it could give you that but it all depends on your bottom end and even if your charger is in good enough shape to hold 14 psi. That thing is 20 years old. They have to be redone sometimes.

That's a good point. So is there a ratio between power at the crank, and wheel horsepower? Also, will the water pump pulley need to be changed?

Yes there is. not sure what it is and depends on how big your pulley is.
